The Collective is a private storage club for classic and modern automobiles. Your car gets a place on the floor with generous spacing, museum light and a fitted cover. Every week it gets battery tending, tire cradles, pressure checks and a slow walk-around. Call ahead and it is warmed up and waiting at the door when you arrive.

What kind of cars do you take?
Classic and modern automobiles, and the collector, exotic and luxury cars in between. If it matters to you, it belongs on the floor. Tell us what you drive when you request an invitation and we’ll talk through the fit.
How does storage at The Collective work?
You become a member, your car gets its own place on the floor, and we look after it every week. It is a private club, not a rented garage bay. You come and go through the concierge, and the lounge and calendar are there when you want them.
How much room does each car get, and is it covered?
Generous spacing under museum light, with a fitted cover on every car. Never nose-to-tail, never stacked. One pool of light per car, so you can walk all the way around yours.
What does weekly vehicle care include?
Battery tending, tire cradles, pressure checks and a slow walk-around, every week. It is the routine a car needs to sit well and start right. Detailing and maintenance can be arranged too; ask us what your car needs.
How does the in-and-out concierge work?
Call ahead. When you arrive, the car is warmed up, tires set, and waiting at the door. When you bring it back, we put it to bed and pick the weekly routine back up.
What are the hours?
Monday to Friday, 8 to 4. That is when we give tours and when the concierge has your car waiting at the door. If your schedule runs outside those hours, ask us what is possible.
How secure is the building?
The floor is private and the building is secure. We would rather show you the details in person than post them online, so ask us on your tour.
Is the floor climate controlled?
Ask us. The light and the spacing are the parts you’ll notice first. For how the room is kept, ask on your tour and we’ll walk you through it.
What does membership cost?
Membership terms are discussed in person, on a tour. Tier I, The Floor, is the entry point; The Club and The Office build on it. Call (615) 496-6038 and Travis will set up a visit.
What are the three membership tiers?
The Floor covers a place on the floor, weekly vehicle care, a fitted cover and tire cradles, and the in-and-out concierge. The Club adds the members’ lounge, garage nights, drive days and guest passes. The Office adds a private office suite, a glass wall over the floor and 24/7 access.
Can I bring family or guests to the lounge?
Yes. The lounge has coffee, leather chairs and a glass wall over the floor; bring your family and stay a while. Guest passes come with The Club and The Office tiers; ask us how they work.
What events do you host, and how do I RSVP?
Cars & Coffee on first Saturdays, open to all: doors at 8, donuts until Wayne eats them. Garage Night on third Thursdays for members: hoods up, lifts free, pizza at 7. RSVP with Travis at (615) 496-6038, or see the events page for the live schedule.
What are Drive Days?
Back roads to Bledsoe Creek and long lunches, weather permitting. They are for members, and the date lands on the calendar when the forecast cooperates. Bring the car you want to drive, not the one you want to show.
What are the office suites?
A working address above the collection: private office suites with a glass wall over the floor. Take a call, take a meeting, and keep an eye on the car the whole time. They come with The Office tier; read more on the office suites page or ask about an office.
How do I take a tour or request an invitation?
Send the short form on the request an invitation page, or call (615) 496-6038 and ask for Travis. Tours run Monday to Friday, 8 to 4. Or skip the form entirely and come see the room before you decide anything.
Where are you, and how far is it from Nashville?
254 W Eastland St, Gallatin, TN 37066, in Sumner County. That is about 30 miles northeast of Nashville and an easy drive from Hendersonville. The club serves collectors across Gallatin, Nashville and the rest of Middle Tennessee.
What does the number of spaces remaining mean?
The floor holds sixty cars, and the number on the site is the count of places open this season. It updates as cars arrive, so spaces are limited and the count can change between your visit and your call. If it reads low, call anyway and ask about availability.
Do I need insurance or paperwork to store a car?
Ask us. We’ll walk you through what to bring before your car arrives, including anything about coverage and the membership paperwork. It is easier to go through it together on your tour than to guess from a web page.
