This page explains how this website works and what happens to anything you type into it. It is written in plain English because that is how we talk. The Collective Auto Depot is a private storage club in Gallatin, Tennessee, and this site is our front door.

This website is here to tell you about the club, the floor, the privileges and the people. It is information, not a contract. Reading it, or sending us the form, does not make you a member and does not hold a space.
Membership is arranged in person, not through this site. Whatever we put in writing with you when you join is what governs. Where that and this site disagree, the written terms win.
We update pages as the club changes. We may correct, add or remove content at any time without notice. The version you are reading is the current one.
The floor holds sixty cars, and spaces are limited. The count of open spaces shown on this site is updated as the floor changes. It can lag behind the real floor, and a space is not yours until we say so in person.
Membership terms are discussed in person and put in writing when you join. The figure in writing is the one that applies; nothing on this site is a quote.
We make no promise that any page is complete, current or free of mistakes. If something looks wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
The invitation form asks for three things, plus what you are interested in. That is the whole list.
So we know who is calling and who to expect at the door.
Year, make and model. It helps us picture the space before you arrive.
A phone number or an email address. One is enough.
Storage, an office, events, or all three. It tells us who should call you back.
We use what you send to call you back, arrange a tour, and remember your name when you walk in. That is the whole purpose. We keep the note on file so the person who meets you already knows about the car.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to marketers. The only outside parties that touch it are the services that run this site and deliver the form to our inbox.
If you want us to delete what you sent, call and ask. We will remove it from our files and confirm when it is done. Members’ records are handled under the terms you agree to when you join, not this page.
This site runs on a hosting platform that may set basic cookies to keep pages loading and to count visits. We have not added advertising trackers or retargeting pixels of our own. Embedded media from other companies, like the short film on our home page, may set cookies under their own policies.
You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time. The site will still work. You may simply look like a first-time visitor each time.
