Concierge car storage in Gallatin means your car gets its own pool of light, a fitted cover, and someone who checks on it every week. The Collective is a private storage club for classic and modern automobiles, a short drive from Nashville and Hendersonville.
Five privileges come with the floor. Three are included with every membership. Two belong to members of the club. Here is what each one means for your car.
Generous spacing, museum light, a fitted cover. Never nose-to-tail, never stacked.
Your car gets one pool of light and the room around it to breathe. Generous spacing means no door dings, no shuffling, never nose-to-tail and never stacked.
A fitted cover keeps the dust off between visits. The floor is climate controlled and watched around the clock, and the only people who touch the car are the ones who know it by name.
Battery tending, tire cradles, pressure checks and a slow walk-around, every week.
A battery tender on every space. Tire cradles or pressure checks so nothing flat-spots while it waits.
A slow weekly walk-around by Wayne: fluids, tires, a look under the cover. Routine exercise runs on request, so the car is ready the day you are.
Call ahead and it’s warmed up, tires set, waiting at the door when you arrive.
Pick a day. Call or text Travis and tell us when you will be in. When you pull up, the car is warmed up, tires set, and waiting at the door.
Leave it running when you are done. We put it back to bed, cover on, tender connected.
Coffee, leather chairs, and a glass wall over the floor. Bring your family; stay a while.
Coffee, leather club chairs and a glass wall over the floor. Take a call, take a meeting, bring the family and stay a while.
Members keep the run of the room during club hours, and the office suites sit right above it.
Cars-and-coffee mornings, drive days, and people who get why yours matters.
Cars and Coffee on first Saturdays is open to all. Garage Night and Drive Days are for members: hoods up, lifts free, pizza at 7, and back roads to Bledsoe Creek with a long lunch.
People who get why yours matters. Ask any of them one question about carburetors and cancel your afternoon.

Your car gets one pool of light and the room around it to breathe. Generous spacing means no door dings, no shuffling other cars to reach yours, and never a lift stacked overhead. A fitted cover goes on the day you arrive.
Every week, someone walks the floor slowly and stops at your car. The battery tender gets a look. Tire pressures get checked and set. The cradles keep the rubber from taking a set while the car sits.
Then the slow walk-around: a drip on the concrete, a low tire, a cover that has shifted. Small things, caught early, before they become a phone call you did not want. That is collector car care in Tennessee the way an owner would do it, if the owner had the time.
Need detailing or maintenance beyond the weekly routine? Ask us. See how the room itself is set up on the floor page.
Pick a day. Call (615) 496-6038 and tell us when you’ll be in. When you pull up, the car is warmed through, tires set, cover off, waiting at the door.
Drive it. Bring it back when you’re done and hand over the keys. It goes back under its cover, on its cradles, in its own pool of light. Nothing to arrange, nothing to remember.
The concierge is included with every membership at The Collective Auto Depot, not an add-on. Doors are open Monday to Friday, 8 to 4. Ask us about anything outside those hours.

Two privileges belong to members of the club. The first is the lounge: coffee, leather chairs, and a glass wall over the floor. Bring your family. Sit a while and watch the lights come on.
The second is the company. Cars & Coffee on first Saturdays, Garage Night on third Thursdays, and drive days when the weather cooperates. People who get why your car matters, and who will know it by name. The calendar lives on the events page.
Both come with The Club and The Office tiers. Compare all three on the membership page, or ask us which one fits the way you’ll use the place.
Tell us your name, the car, and how to reach you. Travis will call. Spaces are limited, so ask about availability early.
Come see the room before you decide anything. Tours run Monday to Friday, 8 to 4, at 254 W Eastland St in Gallatin.
The Floor covers the first three privileges. The Club and The Office add the lounge, the company, and more.
Bring the car. We fit the cover, set the cradles, and clip on the tender. From then on, call ahead and it’s waiting.
